Standard Handling: Orders are processed and dispatched within 1 to 2 business days (Monday through Friday, excluding public holidays).
Holiday Periods: During peak seasonal periods (such as November and December), fulfillment may take up to 3 business days.

Transit Timelines: International shipments typically arrive within 7 to 14 business days.
Customs & Import Duties: Recipients are responsible for any local import tariffs, value-added taxes (VAT), or customs handling fees levied by the destination country's customs department.

4. Package Tracking & Delivery Confirmation

Once your order has been dispatched from our fulfillment facility, a shipping confirmation notice containing a direct tracking number is sent to your registered email address. You can follow your parcel's progress from our warehouse to your doorstep.
